These are our Billet-TEK by MAK Fabrication custom built Pontiac valve covers.  These aluminum valve covers can be custom made to your specifications.  Other features include:

• Our valve covers will clear high port intake and supercharger manifolds without any modifications

• valve covers are available with stainless steel socket head cap screws or black oxide socke head cap screws  and optional breather gromets

We are able to offer these valve covers in just about any height you desire.  Standard height is 3.700 tall and we can go down to a stock height of 2 5/8 (2.625) and anything in between!

We also offer custom engraving on all of our valve covers starting at $150.00.  You are limited only by your imagination as to what you can put on the valve covers.  Below is just a small sample of what can be done.

This is another picture of a custom made aluminum Pontiac valve cover we offer. Ridged in design with a thick bottom rail for superior gasket sealing.  These covers are difficult to take good pictures of due to how shiny and reflective the aluminum is.

This is a pair of Tin Indian Performance Logo covers on a early Firebird.  These covers are 3.100 tall and have a small notch in the back to help clear the windshield wiper motor.

The covers clear the solid roller valve train below AND clear the new 7" dual diaphram break booster easily.  The notch helps with clearance but the fit is tight on the firewall with the wiper motor.

These are our custom Pontiac valve cover spacers that we offer.  The spacers are made on  State-of-the-art CNC Machining centers ensure highest quality and precise tolerances.

Rubber Steel Core Valve Cover Gaskets .3125 thick

These Pontiac steel core rubber neoprene valve cover gaskets are the best on the market.  They measure .3125” thick.   The steel core maintains the shape of the gasket for improved sealing.  These gaskets are great for high vacuum / vac pump applications as well as general street use.  Gaskets will NOT get sucked into the valve train area and or split /crack like cork.

Engine Vacuum Baffle with -12 AN Fitting
The vacuum baffle is designed to reduce the amount of oil scavenged from the crankcase by the vacuum pump. The vacuum baffle is shielded on four sides and open on only one side. This Baffle is not a cure-all for engines that leak or have excessive blow-bye. Improper location of the pickup, poor oil drain back in heads, or an engine with excessive blow by or an engine that is not properly "sealed" can still pull excessive oil.

This relief valve has an o-ring located at the bottom and a jam nut included for you to attach to your valve cover.   The spring loaded valve allows you to control the amount of vacuum you create by simply tightening or loosening the valve.
