Pontiac Valve Covers
| These
are the new fabricated valve covers made by PRW Industries. These
lightweight covers are made from 6061T-6 aluminum and anodized in Satin
silver, Polished and Satin black. These are similar to the welded up sheet
metal type that we have but are lighter weight only 3.100 tall and the
come with bolts
and washers.
Please note, these valve covers will not clear stud girdle applications! |
We
have created all of the programming for the CNC machines to be able to engrave
all of our standard logos to these valve covers as well. The cover having
a slanted face makes the engraving area much smaller than the area available on
the Billet-TEK covers. The
black satin covers really POP once engraved. We are also able to put the
holes in the covers for you as well (pricing below).

breather grommets with integral baffles are designed for use with valve
covers that do not have an oil control baffle system. They are made from

Custom Engraved Fabricated
Valve Covers
We are now offering all of our standard logos that are
available on our Billet-TEK valve covers on these fabricated aluminum valve
covers. These covers are fully tig welded aluminum pieces that are
approximately 3.700 tall. They have a 3/8 thick flange to insure good
sealing. Custom logos are also available on these covers as well!

Rubber Steel Core Valve
Cover Gaskets .3125 thick
These Pontiac
steel core rubber neoprene valve cover gaskets are the best on the market.
They measure .3125” thick. The steel core maintains the shape of
the gasket for improved sealing. These gaskets are great for high vacuum /
vac pump applications as well as general street use. Gaskets will NOT get
sucked into the valve train area and or split /crack like cork.
Engine Vacuum Baffle
with -12 AN Fitting
The vacuum baffle is designed to reduce the amount of oil scavenged from the
crankcase by the vacuum pump. The vacuum baffle is shielded on four sides and
open on only one side. This Baffle is not a cure-all for engines that leak or
have excessive blow-bye. Improper location of the pickup, poor oil drain back in
heads, or an engine with excessive blow by or an engine that is not properly
"sealed" can still pull excessive oil.
Adjustable valve cover relief valve
This relief valve
has an o-ring located at the bottom and a jam nut included for you to attach to your valve cover. The spring loaded valve allows you to
control the amount of vacuum you create by simply tightening or loosening the
valve.
